About Anne
Being a therapist brings me joy. It is meaningful work to support people in addressing life’s challenges and discovering fresh approaches to move forward when you feel stuck. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I have extensive career experience helping adults, teens, and families navigate mental health challenges from a client-centered and narrative approach.
Before transitioning into my career as a therapist, I worked in the non-profit sector, partnering with teens and families to create impactful community solutions. This experience has deeply enriched my therapeutic practice, providing me with a unique perspective and a collaborative approach to supporting clients.
Dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space, I focus on exploring and understanding our stories, uncovering how they shape our behaviors and relationships. My professional training includes Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Psychodynamic, and Psychoanalytic modalities.
